Marilla is against the idea: they have enough animals, and a dog is a great deal of responsibility. When nobody comes to claim the pet, Anne schemes to keep him. However, after a series of mishaps, Anne comes to realize that looking after a dog full-time is a lot of work. She is happy when Peg Bowen comes to claim her lost dog. The Wild Kratts team learns all about the amazing process of chemosynthesis and how deep sea creatures transform toxic chemicals into energy. Before he can finish his original comic book loosely based on Aztec mythology entitled, "The Adventures of Rabbit-Bird Man," Miguel comes down with a bad cold. Miguel has left the hero in grave jeopardy, and he implores Maya to finish the comic book and save him. Maya rounds up the gang to help her think of a way to save the hero from the bad guy. In a series of vignettes, we see each kid's proposed ending: Tito imagines a heroic soccer player (who looks just like him) saving the day, Theo pitches a robot boy (who looks just like him) saving the day, and Maggie and Chrissy imagine a fantastic singing duo (who look just like them) saving the day. With the clock ticking and no clear ending, Maya decides that they should combine all of their endings together, and make one grand finale. * Signs Up: Deciding that a collection of signs would make a cool display for his room, George sets out to gather them from all around town. But when people start losing their way and go in the wrong directions, George realizes how important signs are and starts putting them back - but not quite in their proper places. As a result, things get even more chaotic. Can George figure out where the signs are supposed to go so that the picnickers stop eating in the bears' den and the bicyclists don't run over the ducks in the animal crossing?
