Navy Seal Charged with War Crimes May Receive Presidential Pardon

President Trump may be considering a pardon for Navy Seal Edward Gallagher who is charged with war crimes while fighting in Iraq. And, is case is not unique. Others have been accused of brutality while fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq as well.
