Sonoma's Russian River Crests Well Above Flood Stage
The Russian River in Sonoma County is receding after cresting at over 45 feet last night. That's nearly 14 feet above flood stage and it's the highest the river's crested in some 20 years. The flooding triggered several evacuations of river side communities.
