KQED Unearths Unseen Footage of Pink Floyd Playing in 1970
Three years before Pink Floyd released Dark Side of the Moon, in the middle of their third U.S. tour, the band stopped in San Francisco to play an hour-long show to an empty Fillmore Auditorium. The set was filmed for broadcast by a tiny local television station called KQED. Now, more than 40 years after the original performance, KQED has unearthed the unseen, raw footage.
