At lest 14 wildfires are burning across Northern California, most of which are at 0 percent containment.
Gov. Jerry Brown has issued a state of emergency for Sonoma, Napa and Yuba counties, where at least 1,500 homes and commercial buildings have been destroyed.
That number is very likely to climb much higher.
