A recent report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveals that white, college-educated women are the most likely to binge drink -- meaning they consume four or more alcoholic drinks during one session. The number of women arrested for drunken driving is also rising, and one in five high school girls report they are binge drinking.
