Voters to Weigh Longer Sentences for Sex Traffickers
This November, California voters will be asked whether they support Proposition 35. The measure calls for stiffer penalties for human traffickers who force victims into labor and sex. While many are in favor of the spirit and intent of the proposition, others say the devil is in the details.
