California voters overwhelmingly passed Proposition 47 last year, a measure to reduce some low-level crimes like drug possession and petty theft from a felony to a misdemeanor. But opponents didn't give up. They took a list of demands to the Legislature to fix Prop. 47. Most of those Prop. 47 fixes are actually minor tweaks. Two of the bills are big enough changes to the initiative that they would have to go back to the voters for approval.
