A report from Reveal at the Center for Investigative Reporting says an increased pumping of groundwater during the drought means much of California is sinking, as much as a foot per year at least in some parts of the state. And as the land sinks, it's affecting bridges, canals, roads and other infrastructure. We talk with Nathan Halverson about his report.
