Depression and mental health are also an issue for Caltrain -- that's the commuter line that runs between San Francisco south through Silicon Valley. There have been 11 suicides already this year along Caltrain tracks. The average for an entire year is typically 10. Rachel Myrow with KQED's Silicon Valley News Desk reports that there is a system in place -- people keeping an eye out for folks in distress -- before they try to hurt themselves. And fortunately, they are making a difference.
