NFL Returns to Los Angeles With Rams, Chargers Could Follow
After 22 years of false starts, the NFL is coming back to Los Angeles. On Tuesday, owners voted to allow the St. Louis Rams to move to Inglewood and play as the L.A. Rams next year. At the same time, two other cities -- San Diego and Oakland -- are waiting to see if one of their teams will join the Rams in L.A. in the near future.

San Bernardino Law Enforcement Attend State of the Union

LAPD Chief Defends Criminal Charges Against Officer Who Shot Homeless Man
Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck on Tuesday defended his decision to recommend charges against police officer Clifford Proctor, who shot unarmed black homeless man Brendon Glenn in May. If the district attorney agrees to pursue the case, it would be the first time in 15 years that an on-duty officer is charged in a shooting.
