Three months ago today, a natural gas leak started near the southern California community of Porter Ranch. The leak still hasn't been stopped, and at a state Assembly hearing Thursday night, lawmakers discussed possible solutions for getting the SoCalGas company to reimburse residents for lost property value. Congressman Brad Sherman, who moved to Porter Ranch a year ago, blamed federal and state laws for allowing homes to be located so close to the gas storage facility.
