For some people, the downward spiral of the housing crisis in California's big cities means they've had to make a new start in suburbs farther and farther away from urban centers. But these suburbs are also struggling with new problems: increased poverty and homelessness. That's true in Antioch, east of Oakland. We visited to find out what homeless life is like there.
