Pacific Gas and Electric wants to hike its rates, which would translate into average customers paying about ten dollars and fifty cents more a month for their utilities.

But before PG&E does that, the California Public Utilities Commission has to hold public forums to get feedback. Valley Public Radio’s Laura Tsutsui attended a meeting in Fresno to hear what customers had to say.
