23 Horses Have Died at the Santa Anita Racetrack This Winter

The twenty third race horse to sustain a life ending injury at the Santa Anita Racetrack near LA was euthanized on Sunday. That's 23 deaths at the racetrack this winter. The racetrack owners announced they'll phase out an anti-bleeding medication used on horses, but it's unclear if that's the problem.
