A little strip of coastline down in Orange County has become home to so many drug-recovery facilities that some refer to it as the “Rehab Riviera.” State legislators have proposed five different bills this year to rein in sober-living homes there because, they say, many of them are anything but sober.

Last month, San Diego State's Ashley Henderson clocked in a 100-meter sprint at 10.98 seconds at a race in Tucson. Only one other female runner has timed out under 11 seconds. The feat made her the fastest woman of 2018. Henderson shares what motivates her.
