The Prop. 8 Trial: Week 2
The attorneys representing the two gay couples suing to overturn Prop. 8 wrapped up their case Friday. Scott Shafer has been covering the trial from gavel to gavel, and joins Rachael Myrow to talk about what comes next.

It's been two weeks since the U.S. Supreme Court pulled the plug on broadcasting the Prop. 8 trial on YouTube. But starting Monday, the popular Internet site plans to show the trial in its entirety as a re-enactment. Hollywood producers are using the trial transcripts to deliver a word-for-word reproduction.
