In the second half-hour, Reno Harnish of the U.S. State Department joins us to talk about the Bush administration’s record on global warming and its plans to promote renewable energy. In his final State of the Union Address, President Bush called climate change a serious challenge, but his administration has often differed with climate scientists over the urgency of the problem.
