Paris Climate Talks Begin with High Hopes and Big Challenges

Leaders from nearly 200 countries are meeting in Paris starting Monday to forge an agreement to limit greenhouse-gas emissions. Many climate watchers are hopeful that an agreement can be reached, but the long standing rift between rich and poor countries over who should pay for the move to green energy remains. Forum will preview the talks and discuss the latest science on climate change.
