Should Chattanooga Shooting Be Called 'Terrorism'?

The FBI is investigating the motivation behind the attack on two military centers in Chattanooga, Tennessee, that left four Marines and a Navy seaman dead. The gunman, who also died, was a Kuwaiti-born U.S. citizen. We'll get the latest on the shooting and discuss what qualifies as "domestic terrorism."
