State's High School Graduation Rate at Record High

More than 80 percent of California's high school seniors graduated on time in 2013, a historic high. The graduation rates have increased most rapidly for Latinos and African-Americans, but those students still lag behind the state average. We'll discuss the new data, and what it means for state education policy.
