Cupertino-based Apple has sidestepped millions of dollars in taxes to California and other states and reduced its worldwide tax bill by billions, according to a recent New York Times investigation. We discuss the company's use of offshore tax havens and other legal tax-minimizing strategies. How widespread are Apple's tax practices?
