Stockton Considers Bankruptcy

In 2008, the city of Vallejo became California's largest city to ever file for bankruptcy. Now, Stockton could follow in the same footsteps as it fights to avert bankruptcy by shrinking its payroll, including cutting a quarter of its 425-member police force.
