On Monday, a U.S. judge ruled to prohibit the enforcement of a multi-billion dollar judgment against San Ramon-based Chevron Corp. The ruling halted a decision by an Ecuadorian judge last month that ordered Chevron to pay for a massive cleanup of petro-pollution in the Amazon jungle. Guests:

David Baker, energy reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle who has been covering the Chevron lawsuit for six years

Mitch Anderson, Corporate Campaign Director, Amazon Watch

Kent Robertson, Spokesman, Chevron
