19:56
We talk about what these orders will and won't allow, what it means for the holidays, and the public response.

On Sunday, several Bay Area counties, including San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Contra Costa, imposed stay-at-home orders, deciding not to wait for the state to issue its regional order. Alameda County’s order goes into effect Monday, and Marin County’s stay-at-home order begins Tuesday. We’ll talk about what you can and cannot do under the order and why the counties felt they could not wait for the state.
