“Resilient” by Rick Hanson draws on neuroscience, mindfulness and psychology to prescribe a path toward inner strength. The book offers a step-by-step guide in how to overcome the brain’s “negativity bias” and rewire it to grow the resources for resiliency. We’ll talk to Hanson about his book, his work at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and take your questions on overcoming negativity.
