All immigrants to the U.S. face uncertainty. But one thing they can usually rely on is having an embassy or consulate. Luqman Barwari comes from an ethnic homeland with no defined borders. He's Kurdish, and he's created his own informal embassy, one aimed at keeping his people connected and his culture alive. As part of "Between Homelands," our series produced with students from USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Taylor Haney has the story.
