Marriage Equality
The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Friday morning that same-sex couples have a fundamental right to marry. Professor Rory Little from UC Hastings College of the Law and Kate Kendell, executive director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights, join Scott Shafer to discuss the landmark decision.

Criminal Justice
A report released this week shows that African-Americans are disproportionately represented in San Francisco's courts and jails. Among the report's findings: While black adults represent only 6 percent of the population, they represent 40 percent of the people arrested. Public Defender Jeff Adachi and Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi join Thuy Vu to discuss the study's findings.
