Twenty-five years ago -- just as the Bay Area was recovering from the Loma Prieta earthquake -- a new disaster struck. The East Bay Hills Fire eventually killed 25 people and burned 3,000 homes. It's still ranked as the most damaging fire in California history. We talk to people who were there, and who are trying to make sure a fire like that never burns again.
