A second San Joaquin Valley city is passing a resolution to become a sanctuary city, giving assurance to undocumented residents in the agricultural community that law enforcement won’t cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

KVPR's Monica Velez reports that Delano joined the town of Livingston after its City Council approved the plan earlier this week.
