California passed a transparency law designed to shine a light on bad police officers.

Now KQED and Bay Area News Group reporting has led the San Mateo County district attorney to consider reopening a criminal investigation into a fired Burlingame cop.

After Granucci was fired, two other women came forward with similar stories.
