Bill Requiring Presidential Candidates to Release Tax Returns Heads to Gov. Brown

President Trump's decision to not release his income tax returns in last year's campaign has led to a bill that's now on Gov. Jerry Brown's desk. The bill would require presidential candidates to release five years of tax returns in order to appear on a primary ballot in California.

One Californian thought she knew all about earthquakes. Nora Mitchell from Los Angeles had felt dozens of small temblors. But after the 7.1 quake hit her new, adopted home in Mexico's capital, she has a new, cautious attitude.
