The Supreme Court dealt a fatal blow Thursday to President Obama's executive actions on immigration. The court split 4-4, upholding a lower court's decision to block the president's actions. The proposal would have allowed more than four million undocumented residents in the United States to apply for work permits and remain in the country for an extended period without the threat of deportation.
