Russia Blamed for Air Strikes on Syrian Hospital

Up to 50 people died in air strikes on hospitals and schools in Northern Syria on Monday, according to the United Nations. There are unconfirmed reports that Russia is responsible for the attacks, which violate international law. The strikes come just days after a ceasefire agreement was reached by Russia and the United States. We'll get the latest on the conflict in Syria.
