Setting Regulations for Where and When Drones Can Fly

The use of drones for commercial and private use has increased in recent years and regulators are struggling to keep up. This past weekend the Federal Aviation Administration released proposed rules for commercial drones and on Tuesday, a California state senate hearing took up the issue of how to balance drone use and privacy concerns.
