There's little question that the Internet has transformed the world. But has society actually benefitted from the change? In his new book, "The Internet is Not the Answer," author, entrepreneur and CNN columnist Andrew Keen argues that the Internet has been an enormous failure, contributing to rising unemployment and widespread inequality.
