DEA Tightens Rules for Widely Prescribed Painkiller

Deaths from prescription drug overdoses have tripled since the late 1990s, recently prompting the Drug Enforcement Administration to tighten the rules around prescribing drugs like Vicodin, which contain the opiate hydrocodone.
