Feinstein Accuses C.I.A. of Intimidating Senate Intelligence Committee

On Tuesday, U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein denounced the C.I.A. for allegedly spying on the Senate intelligence committee, specifically the committee's probe into a C.I.A. detention program.
