Despite over $1 billion spent on research in the past decade, Alzheimer's disease has no known cure. But that may soon change, according to neurologist Dale Bredesen. Recent evidence suggests that a broad-based therapeutic approach including diet, brain stimulation and pharmaceuticals may help halt or even reverse progression of the disease.
