New evidence emerged Thursday that gunman Stephen Paddock scouted other locations -- including the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago -- before massacring 58 concertgoers in Las Vegas last weekend. As San Francisco prepares for several large outdoor events this weekend, we'll discuss how law enforcement is addressing potential security risks.
