President Obama: ISIS is on the Defensive

In a speech at the CIA on Wednesday, President Obama announced that the U.S. has conducted 11,500 air strikes on ISIS and that its members realize “their cause is lost.” But just how vulnerable is ISIS? Last week, the militant group took hundreds of hostages at a cement factory in Syria and its foreign cells have conducted several massacres in Paris, Brussels and San Bernardino.
