While FDA concerns and a Congressional investigation have already prompted one drugstore chain to delay its sales of at-home genetics tests, some say the rise of do-it-yourself genetics testing is both inevitable and good for public health. We speak with supporters and critics of at-home testing, and consider the future of this emerging intersection of law, medicine and personal choice.
