Words people say to pregnant women about birth: magical, miraculous, beautiful.

Words women who've actually given birth use about birth: excruciating, horrifying, frightening.

So imagine, if you will, pushing a human out into the world via your nether regions, in front of one of the most physically flawless women on Earth, alongside one of the most judgmental men in pop culture history. This harrowing fate befell Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's surrogate early Tuesday morning, when she birthed the couple's third baby while they were in the room.

It must have been comforting to know that Kim has a solid understanding of what pregnancy entails.

And that she has given birth twice herself.

Fortunately for the surrogate, extended family members weren't also allowed in.

Although that might be a bit of a shame, given how great Kris Jenner is at encouraging young women in their pursuits.

Some semblance of privacy was offered, as Kanye stood safely behind a curtain until the baby was out. Probably doing this:

Thankfully, no reports have emerged yet about Kim pressing her face up against the surrogate's belly and doing this throughout:

Kimye is of course thrilled about the arrival of their family's new addition. Kim announced the birth via her app, saying: "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl."

Kim went on: "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care."

One would hope that Kimye's surrogate was treated with respect, rather than the rivalry that usually runs through the Kardashian clan:

We imagine Kim trying to ease the pressure of birthing a new baby for the most demanding family in the world with some soothing words.

Remarkably, the surrogate had the decency to give birth at 12:47am, which is perfect because:

Finally, what were Kim's first words to her third child? We don't know for sure yet. But hopefully these:
