California's reservoirs are just about back to normal after three years of drought. But the water-wise among us know it's always in short supply in the Western U.S. A report released today finds some sensible conservation could dramatically stretch what we have now.

Census Misses Many Rural Californians
If you live in a city, there's a pretty good chance you got counted in this year's census. But if you live in the country, there's a pretty good chance the Census missed you or some of your neighbors. The perpetual undercount means rural Californians are losing out on federal funding.
