This week in Fresno, tens of thousands of Hmong from around the world attended a funeral the likes of which California has never seen. General Vang Pao led Hmong fighters working with the CIA in Laos during the Vietnam War. But he also helped resettle tens of thousands of Hmong families in the U.S.
