This morning, state and federal officials and emergency responders from Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties will respond to an imaginary major radioactive gas leak at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. The regularly scheduled drill comes as the situation in Japan is highlighting seismic safety concerns at nuclear plants.
