Drones are stirring up controversy after Amnesty International released a report Tuesday questioning the legality of some strikes in Pakistan. Here in the U.S., citizens and private companies are hoping to use the technology for much more benign purposes, like taking aerial pictures, monitoring crops, even delivering packages. But right now drones in America are flying in a legal grey zone. The Federal Aviation Administration has no official rules for wide spread use of these machines. So the FAA is turning to NASA to help design some.
