The National Institute of Mental Health says about one in five young adults has a diagnosable mental illness. It's not uncommon for these young people to withdraw from others, and to isolate themselves. But that can make their situation worse. A group in San Diego run by and for young adults with mental health issues encourages members to build relationships, and to have fun.
