Expanded access to health care and reducing its high cost are two main goals driving the Affordable Care Act. We've been reporting on some of the ways California is doing that with help from community paramedics. Today, we look at a Ventura County pilot program that uses paramedics to help honor end-of-life care wishes for 911 patients.
