Marijuana Has a Growing Influence in the State Capitol

With new state rules in place to regulate the sale and cultivation of medical pot and California voters set to decide in November if they want to legalize the everyday, recreational use of marijuana, the voices of pro-marijuana lobbyists are growing like weeds at the state Capitol.
